Using the site

QR and Pick is free to use and needs no account. Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or by placing an unreasonable load on it.

Acceptable use

You decide what a QR code contains and where it is shown, and you are responsible for it. Do not create codes that mislead or harm people. In particular, do not use the tools for:

• codes that lead to pages which imitate another website in order to obtain passwords or payment details,
• codes that lead to malicious software,
• codes that are placed over the codes of other people or organizations,
• contact or Wi-Fi codes with details of other people without their agreement,
• draws that are presented as fair while the list or the rules were arranged in secret.

QR and Pick hosts no content of its users. Codes are created on your device, and the site does not store, forward or see their content. A code from this site does not lead through this site, so we cannot switch off or change a code that somebody has created.

Results of the tools

Scan every QR code before you print or publish it. We do not pay for reprints.

The random tools keep no record. They cannot prove later that a draw took place or what its result was. If you hold a draw with prizes, you are responsible for following the rules that apply to it.

A generated password is shown to you only. Keeping it safe is your responsibility.

The content and the results of the tools are general information. They are not professional advice.

Check important results yourself before you act on them, for example before you buy something, sign a contract or make a decision about health, money or safety.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it is always available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage that results from the use of the site or from reliance on its content.

The site may show advertisements from third parties and may link to other websites. We do not endorse advertised products or services, and we are not responsible for the content of other websites.
